房文敬

房文敬,工学博士,副教授,研究生导师,主要从事微纳结构光电器件及其集成技术的研究工作,在加工及性能表征测试等方面积累了丰富经验并获得了一些原创性成果。相关成果发表在Optics ExpressInfrared Physics and TechnologyBiomedical Optics ExpressIEEE Photonics Technology LettersOptics CommunicationsApplied Optics 等国内外知名期刊发表论文20余篇。目前,主持完成山东省自然科学基金 1 项,完成国家重点实验室开放课题 1 项,完成横向课题 80 1 项,申请发明专利 3 项。
